Excellent company and service. From the Sales Rep (Phil), to the installers, to the follow-up. Great all around but the follow up is what impressed me most. First day with the new unit and I noticed some adjustments needed to be made for the second floor. The owner himself came out to review and called me to let me know what needed to happen. Essentially, the existing T-stat was located on the first floor and since the second floor has so much sun exposure and gets so much hotter, the t-stat couldn't register the temperature differential. He explained that it was the right thing to do and I would notice a huge difference in the overall comfort of the house. They did the work (the tech even video chatted me to make sure i was okay with the location for the new T-stat) and as soon as I got home (noon), I ran upstairs...HUGE DIFFERENCE! Big change to my home - thank you so much.

It was another problem with the air conditioner which will cost a lot of money. The tech Ramon came out and inspect the unit and told us the problem and told us how much is going to. He came in really good time. We couldn't do anything today but I'm glad he was honest with us.

Jasper was great! I don't ask for anything except to know your job, be pleasant and offer info that I don't know and be efficient. He was all that and more. This is brief because I don't do reviews but I was compelled to do so after so many recent trades sending bad techs. It was nice to see there are still some solid people.
