May 31, 2024 Just had iflo auto HVAC drain cleaner installed. John our tech is awesome! May 23,2024 John is the best service tech ever. Professional, Smart, and solution and preventive maintenance oriented. Completely trustworthy! July 19, 2023 As usual Hopkins provided our six month servicing and the technician, Scott, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough throughout our scheduled maintenance. He was also very helpful in explaining the nuances of our two HVAC systems and mini split and ways to effect a better air purification system, Because of Scott’s specific expertise and common sense explanations, we upgraded our system with a “Germicidal UV Light System on both of our Carrier HVAC units. Scott was super detailed and extensive in ensuring he serviced all of our systems with the greatest of care and diligence. Everyone at Hopkins the technicians, office personnel, service and supply and management put you as the customer first. The company stands behind their products and service without hesitation and has always come through for us with flying colors. Their service and team are always first class with very reasonable pricing; and when you require a service call the schedule ASAP. Hopkins Family, Congratulation on your excellent company and the culture you have built. Because of your outstanding team and the professional installation of our mini/split, insulation and duct cleaning, we’ve changed our long standing servicing provider to Hopkins for all our service and maintenance requirements; and future purchases. Your team of John in sales, Joyce in customer care and the installation team of Andray, Antonio, and Bebeto were bodaciously awesome in every aspect of customer service. We always try and support local businesses in our community and unfortunately, on sone occasions, we’ve been very disappointed in the service and/or follow-up. But at Hopkins, we’re delighted customers and raving fans primarily because of John, Joyce, Andray, Antonio and Bebeto (apologies if I’ve missed anyone) — it’s a helluva a wonderful team!
