UPDATE: I'd like to retract this review from a 5 star to a 3 star. Although we've had good experience with Hopkins previously and I think the person the sent was nice, courteous and great with my dogs. I'm not the one that knows much about AC units; thus, I did not know what I was looking for in terms of the actual service at hand. I was merely giving a good review based on how friendly the person they sent was. He just opened the filter and told me it wasn't even put on properly! He asked if the person was even competent as they couldn't put back a simple filter properly. --- We've had Hopkins AC do our maintenance for the past year and everyone they've sent has been great. Especially Sofia, she was courteous, wore booties and kept her work area clean. The best part, she was great with our two dogs! We have two 10 lbs territorial little terrier that doesn't like anyone coming in our house. I highly recommend Sofia and the team at Hopkins AC.

I have been using Hopkins for many years and have had several different service technicians come out for bi-annual maintenance and repairs. They have all been prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Most recently Xavier came out for the regular maintenance. In addition to being efficient, he was also very pleasant. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for dependable, friendly service

WONDERFUL SERVICE IN EVERY WAY. 10 STARS. From THE BEGINNING this company excelled, detailed & oriented. The system and its installation is very high quality. Technicians are so professional, on time, and always in communication. After completed the job they cleaned up and left no trace behind. If you want attention to detail and quality work performed on your home go with Hopkins Air Conditioning. I am so very thankful I found them, 100% satisfaction. I had Miguel coming 2 days in a row today to check my new system and installed a surge protector. He took at least 3 hours and did an excellent job. THANK YOU SO MUCH, I'll be eternally grateful. Sophia came out late Friday evening on a rush call for ac compressor not running. She diagnosed the issue quickly, had the replacement part in place in less than 30 minutes. Also replaced our uv bulbs since she was out here already.

Thank you Hopkins air for sending a fabulous service tech Donat Decani to maintain the maintenance of my air conditioner. I have been doing business with Hopkins the past 3 years and the same tech Donat Decani serviced me with his skill, technique and knowledge once again. Doing business with Hopkins releases the worry if there is a problem. I, get immediate service..and it is always fixed.
