Would give 5 stars but they wouldn’t show me how the upsell ultraviolet was working or not. They said they installed them but I can’t see the ultraviolet light like the previous system they replaced. I asked and the salesperson was very offended I asked to see it working instead of taking his word. These days once you pay the invoice it seems like you’re dismissed for asking a simple question. But at least the ac is working. Update: Art came to my house for service call and installed a new ultraviolet set up. Art is a great asset to Hopkins and was excellent to work with.

I called them up and they came right on time and the work the tech performed was perfect. The only question I had was the price I paid for the flat rate repair, felt it was a bit high, but I understand the flat rate would apply even if they got stuck and it went hours for the repair. over all very satisfied and will use again. Highly recommend.

My air conditioning suddenly stopped working at 3pm Sunday afternoon. I called Hopkins (and several other companies) but Hopkins was the only company who answered and were able to get a repairman (Aaron who was FANTASTIC) to respond within 2 hrs. Aaron was polite, professional, friendly and I appreciated that he told me what to do to prevent future ac issues and also gave me information on how I could make my AC work more efficiently. I greatly appreciate Aaron and Hopkins Air Conditioning and certainly intend to use them in the future . Thank you!

From the receptionist to the technician , they were all very professional. I requested a technician on Saturday and he was here Sunday morning. Gazi is amazing! He was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional.
