The entire team at Hopkins Air Conditioning were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Not only are they a family run business but they treat you as though you are a part of the family as well. They went out of their way to explain all of our options before the install and made sure we understood everything that was happening along every step of the way. Hopkins installed new ductwork in our attic to replace the old leaking system. Everything runs efficiently now and electric bills are lower. We also hired them to install a garage ductless system which is excellent. Highly recommend them for their professional work and customer service. Thank you!

We have used multiple A/C companies in the past. There always seems to be something wrong that is much more expensive than you expected when they come out. This is our second time using Hopkins and both times now they have been quick, thorough, and, most importantly, HONEST! Today they could have told me all kinds of things were wrong with the unit, but it was a simple fix of the thermostat needing to be reset because it wasn’t sending a signal to the outside unit. We will definitely be a lifetime customer anytime we have an issue with our AC moving forward, and highly recommend Hopkins for anyone needing an AC repair.
