Gazi was a very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant service person. He understood the situation and was able to do the needed diagnosis. We have always been happy with Hopkins AC, their protocols of informing us when they are coming with a picture of the representative. Always efficient. We recommend them highly.

These guys are always trying to sell you something. 2 different guys came within a few days (I had complained about the first guy and they sent the second one) and between the two guys, they recommended 3 different things to be done (2 and 1). Just don’t find them trustworthy.

Mr. Gilbert, I apologize if you feel we are always trying to “sell” you something. That is the farthest from our process that we train our techs. I looked into your account and found 3 of 5 times total we have been to your residence you called us to fix an issue with your unit that was having issues and you approved and paid for repairs at that time. We never do any work without signed approval from homeowners. On the other 2 occasions you had routine maintenance performed and no money was collected on those. My AC broke just before the July 4th holiday. Hopkins called me back right away and John was able to come out and get it fixed on the 5th. Very nice and knowledgeable staff from front desk to the techs. Great experience, thanks!
