Sternley was very professional, great personality, and a very great tech. He was very thorough and educated me, he explained everything to me in a way I understand, now I feel like I know a lot more now about my AC unit. Will recommend him 5 out 5.

Technician Eduan showed on time during the time frame specified. He both texted and called to make me aware that he was enroute. He was very professional and friendly. He explained all that he was doing, the required repairs, the recommended repairs and service as well as the pricing. Overall very happy with the service, so much so I signed up for the maintenance plan.

Excellent service! Scheduling is a breeze, they are very accommdating. Miguel did our semiannual maintenence this time and he was very thorough and professional. He really took his time to clean and check everything to make sure it was all operating at optimal performance. He was also very honest with his recommendations and advise. 10 out 10 all the way around.

Sophia was great. Since then, every time the other tech comes out, he pushes hard to upsell. Sometimes he’s successful, but most times it’s blatantly obvious. I don’t like that behavior.

Louis/Luis was NOT the name of our service technician! His name was Whaudy! A real professional from start to finish. Whaudy’s service of the HVAC system can’t be beat including his knowledge and time spent explaining what we should do and when to contact your office should a need/problem arise.A real trusted technician and very good and knowledgeable.
