Hopkins Air is very reliable and economical. Their service is top rate. My technician was Patrick. He was on time and immediately started working. He was friendly, wore a mask, was efficient and very knowledgeable. He gave great recommendations and was very patient. Thank you for the service

The only issue I had was both the office and the technician called me in Montreal as opposed to my Housewatcher in Florida as instructed. Fortunately, I was home to receive the calls. Service call apparently went well. I’ve lowered my review. Two weeks after their service call, I had a leak. Was told when the technician scoped the system that records previously showed a problem. Why wasn’t it attended to? I have changed companies and purchased a new unit.

The entire team at Hopkins Air Conditioning were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Not only are they a family run business but they treat you as though you are a part of the family as well. They went out of their way to explain all of our options before the install and made sure we understood everything that was happening along every step of the way. Before the job was finalized they made sure that we were completely satisfied with the results otherwise they weren’t going to leave until this was accomplished. I would like to thank the entire Hopkins team on behalf of my family. Miguel was our technician, he was efficient and got us backed up and running in no time! He actually went the extra mile to help us! We have used Hopkins air-conditioning for a while now and never had a problem. I highly recommend them.
