Jasper came out and did a routine maintenance check on the unit we purchased through Hopkins. He was extremely polite, helpful, good with our dog, respectful of us working while he was working, and fixed a sealing issue we had in our crawl space. I would recommend Hopkins and Jasper to anyone looking to buy a new unit or needing maintenance/repairs on their home A/C.
