Ramon was in and out like a Robbery. Quick fast service and warned me about my renewal needs. Now I just need to see how this air conditioner holds up. He just left about 10 mins ago. We have been using Hopkins Air since we moved to Florida 3 years ago and always had a wonderful experience. The technicians are super friendly, very professional and always took good care of us. So recently we decided to replace our old unit, the experience has been 5 stars all the way. The sales rep came in the same day, explain our options, did not try to oversell us anything that we do not need, no pushy, very patient, and even let us get more quotes from others before we made decisions. The technician came in on Saturday because we have young kids and elderly in the house, they made effort to come out as soon as possible, the technicians, Calvin and Kavel came early in the morning, explained their installation process and timeline, finished everything ahead of time, we had AC running early afternoon and it cools the house just like the rep described. The technicians cleaned up the work areas before they leave. We highly recommend give them a try, we have used other companies in the area and they are absolutely our favorite.

Donat serviced my units today. I have older units that could be damaged with aggressive cleaning, so he worked with great care to perform the appropriate maintenance to assure the units stayed working well in their current state. As he saw things, he had realtime access to prior inspection photos for good comparative assessment for deterioration. We ran into an unexpected issue, and his communication, troubleshooting and resolution was done professionally and perfectly. Definitely a well satisfied customer again.

Just had Donat the Hopkins technician over and he assessed my problem and solved it.Had to call the Hopkins supervisor about a potential charge and the supervisor was very fair in working with me due to having previous maintenance done 3 months prior.I appreciate his fairness and communication on the matter.Solid customer service.Thank you
