Today I had a 5ton Carrier AC unit installed by Hopkins AC company. The two guys who installed the unit were just fantastic. They were stellar in their work ethics. They took their time, cleaned the area…They were meticulous in how they installed my unit. I would recommend Hopkins AC company to anyone , if these are the kind of workers they will send out to do the job. Even the salesperson John came out to make sure everything was going smoothly, which was excellent customer service. This is a company with integrity. Kudos to the company/owner. Had a floor person break a pipe on my air conditioner and didn’t tell me. When I found the air conditioner leaking profusely I ran and called Hopkins because they take care of my unit normally. They came out fixed it immediately and all is well now. So happy to be with them😊 BKD
