Hopkins Air has always impressed me with their prompt, professional services. This is the second home I’ve hired Hopkins to install new air conditioning systems in and I highly recommend Hopkins Air. The technician, Zachary, was knowledgeable, pleasant, explained everything. Great service as usual

He was polite, professional and efficient. John showed knowledge and work ethics. He was very pleasant to work with. I called in today and spoke with Brittany about an issue I was having. Brittany put a smile on my face as soon as she answered my call and was quick to reassure me that Hopkins Air was going to take care of me. I called a few other places before Hopkins and none of which took care of me like Brittany did. I will not call anyone else. Thank you Brittany!
