I am very appreciative to team of Hopkins Air Conditioning. Always professional! A few times I have been called for the problem and have been scheduled for the same day promptly. Even an earlier time than scheduled at first. Knowledge people and always find a solution! Thank you!

Had a problem this am. Gazi was quick to respond and I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable, polite, friendly and careful technician. Gazi was also very careful not to He carefully explained my problem and how to remedy it. He suggested ways to prevent it from recurring. This was one of the best experiences that I have had since living here. I will definitely ask for him in the future

Had Mr John J come over to give me a price on replacing my 25 plus year old system. He was punctual, professional and answered my questions and concerns to my standards. One of the most thorough and detailed individual I've dealt with. Got him to replace my system. My new system works extremely well and I'm even more amazed how much less my electric bill is every month now because of his knowledge. Thank you for the great service and quality of work

Hopkins is always very responsive if issues arise. Office staff is quick to return calls and field technicians are friendly and timely. Work is completed at a high level.
