John was exceptional in explaining work that was done and the detail of the work performed Scott was very thorough and professional I have been a customer for 18 years for installation, maintenance and repairs. Hopkins A/C is professional, reliable and honest. What more could you want?👍

$714 for labor to replace a part that was under warranty. Took the service guy 45 mins from start to finish. Don’t mind paying for service but seems a little extreme. Also still havn’t closed out the permit for a split air conditioner that was installed over 6 months ago. Btw we had to walk inspection with inspected as the service guy had to go to another call.

Pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. Irvine explained details of issues he wanted to draw our attention to- he even took pictures of the unit in the ceiling and seemed eager to run through go the service step by step- telling me what he was doing next. He cleaned up after himself and was very thorough. Irvine is a great asset to the Hopkins Service Team.
