The service guy was very knowledgeable and explained everything. I had another company come out before and all they wanted was to replace the unit it was like having a salesperson at my house not a technician. with Hopkins it was not the case, the tech gave me options and details and made me understand and feel 100% comfortable. Hopkins air conditions was the only company that answered my call late at night for an AC issue I had. They came out the next morning and immediately diagnosed and fixed the issue. Needless to say my AC has been running fine since. Thank you Hopkins! Still using Hopkins years later, thanks John at Hopkins!
