I had an emergency situation and Hopkins Air went above and beyond to get the situation taken care of. From the office staff to the technician it was a plesent experience even with no air in the heat. Luis the technician was courteous, friendly, and polite and took time to answer my questions . Thanks again for making this situation easy to take care of.

John arrived exactly on time today and we found him to be a consummate professional. He could teach the class on excellence in service! Installers Kevin and Karel completed work for our new a/c unit yesterday. My wife and I were extremely impressed with these 2 gentlemen. They arrived on time, worked like trojans and had an attention to detail rarely found with service providers today. They were both courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the unit. When replacing the drywall around the air handler, they even painted it prior to putting it up. We would place them both in the category of master craftsmen when it comes to a/c installation. I would encourage all new clients of Hopkins Air that are purchasing new units to request these two to do the job, you can't go wrong. As they neared completion, they loaded all boxes and the old unit onto their truck. Then went around with a vacuum to clean up any dust and debri and left behind a spotless area where they had worked. The new unit worked like a charm and reminded us that air conditioning in south florida is not a luxury, it's a necessity. Perhaps 10 stars is more appropriate for Kevin and Karel. Cudos to Hopkins Air for employing such quality installers !

Not recommended for maintenance or repairs! We signed up for our regular bi-yearly maintenance. Ramon was prompt and informed us about future upcoming maintenance for our unit. However, a day later, our unit began internally leaking (in the house) and emitting crackling noises, despite working fine before the technician's visit. When we contacted their local 561 number, we were informed about notes regarding future maintenance and the leakage issue. During the maintenance visit, the technician failed to disclose the “leakage” to us. We were made aware of the “leakage” during the follow up call. This discrepancy raises concerns about the integrity of their service, hinting at a potential agenda to push for a new HVAC unit immediately. Due to the lack of transparency & professionalism, we DO NOT recommend Hopkins Air Conditioning.

Hopkins has always been our go to for HVAC needs, but I want to take a second to say that not only is there service always top notch, but it the the employees and servicemen that make the experience even better. Today I called at 8 am and by 930 John was at my door. John was professional, took the time to educate me and made me feel like a valued customer. John was over the top and really enjoyed him coming out today. Thanks to Hopkins and thanks to John!!
