Technician was prompt. Right after Technician departed my system started making a loud noise which it was not making before his maintenance. I called Hopkins immediately and they sent the technician back to my house to determine what was causing the problem. He identified the issue as something with the drainage pump which he resolved. The pump now intermittently is making the same loud noise. I'll live with it until I replace the 17 year old system. I chose not to go with Hopkin's Rheem system and will go with a company who will install a Daikin system at @2K USD less.

I made the right decision when I decided to contract HOPKINS to keep up with my AC unit maintenance; they do such a great job, John Johnston (AC Tech) is very reliable, professional, have the right technology tools to keep your unit performing more efficiently, he goes over the performance test results in detailed with you and gives you lots of tips that would save you money every month.

Invoice disapproved. This is the worst $129 that I spent for the diagnostic of the AC. I have no report of how the system works? any freon in the system? And without any evidence of leaking, the company want to charge me $3900 to replace the coil etc ... no testing is done at all. Thank you but no thanks. PS. The system is 5 years old and still under warranty and they don't even care to check if the parts is free or not. PSS. I called another company (Polar Comfort of Lake Worth). They came and confirm that there is no leaks. No freon lost. Home temperature is at 76 which is normal for FL in May. The invoice is sent by HouseCall Pro ... Not sure where the scammer is in this case ...
