I was help by a girl name Brittany. Very helpful over the phone. She was professional, accommodating , and has a wonderful phone voice. Exactly what a rep of company should by like. Great service all around.

Hopkins air conditions was the only company that answered my call late at night for an AC issue I had. They came out the next morning and immediately diagnosed and fixed the issue. Needless to say my AC has been running fine since. Thank you Hopkins! Still using Hopkins years later, thanks John at Hopkins!
