Had given a one-star rating because of significant communication problems. Subsequently, , Hopkins reached out to me and after a lengthy conversation, convinced me that those problems were far from typical, and that they were implementing procedures to make sure there wouldn't be such problems in the future. So will now give them an A for effort.
