Miguel, was a terrific tech. He was helpful, efficient and a kind person. He did a great job Had additional service and was A1 as usual

Miguel was awesome he went way beyond in customer service. My a/c stopped running on Friday he came when I called asap. Advised of problem but told me parts dept were closed they have part in stock but he will not be able to get it until Monday. Wow to my surprise he was at my door 9am on Saturday morning. He fixed the problem. For years I have had a contract with ECM which is very expensive and never had anyone that treated me with such great customer service. I would rate them 10 plus.
