Great experience with Hopkins AC. John was extremely professional..He took care of the maintenance of my AC unit and provided a comprehensive diagnostic not the system and some flaws in the installation.

First time home buyer, I was ready to struggle and suffer with AC maintenance after it shut down. I'm now at peace! There were here under an hour (alright, I was lucky on that part :), Scott and Gerry explained to me the values of Hopkins and how they like working there. I can even ask for the same team everytime. They got my contract.

Dave communicates so you understand and provided a quality visit fixing my AC. AC just happen to stop 2 days before scheduled maintenance visit. Dave troubleshot the system and had it back running within a hour and half. Great job.
