February 3, 2025 · review of Hopkins Air Conditioning
First time home buyer, I was ready to struggle and suffer with AC maintenance after it shut down. I'm now at peace! There were here under an hour (alright, I was lucky on that part :), Scott and Gerry explained to me the values of Hopkins and how they like working there. I can even ask for the same team everytime. They got my contract.

Hopkins AC was amazing! Definitely recommend if you need any AC needs! Gerardo was a one of the techs that worked on my home. He was very efficient and helped me understand what was going on. Did a great job! Highly recommend.

This company is GREAT! I purchased an older house thinking I would have to spend a lot of money ripping out the hvac system and starting new. The techs came out and were very professional advised me of the areas they recommended for repair and replacement which ended up saving me a lot of money over other companies that just wanted to gut the system.. Recommend them highly!

STAY AWAY! They quoted me 3-4000 just to replace the coils on the outside condenser and 7000 to replace the outside condesor all together. I only have a 700 sf APARTMENT. Absolutely tried to rip me off. Im very glad I got a second opinion from someone who is actually HONEST!
