Tino was on time and he was very efficient. He explained clearly what he did. Tino was very polite and he acted in a professional manner. I was very pleased with his work ethics.

Showed up quick, gave me pricing right up front, showed me exactly what they were doing, friendly. Will definitely use them again when I have my next problem with my AC

After calling 2xto not forget the UV bulb you did forget it. then i was told Hopkins would comeback to install and only charge me for the bulb not the labor because you forgot. but you charged me anyway and I had to followup because you did not

The techs Armando and Gazi tried to help us but the compressor on the 18 month old Daikin unit was cooked. One of many problems we have had with two new Daikin units. Not the technician fault but the manufacturer is disappointing.

We are happy with the work performed for us by Hopkins Air Conditioning. The work was completed early and within the time frame proposed. They answered all of our questions and we above and beyond to resolve our issues. They cleaned up when they were finished which was appreciated. Chad, Gabe and Xavier were all great! I would recommend and use them again.
