2nd Review: Our old and out-of-warranty AC unit finally had an issue after we've pushed it beyond its ideal thermostat setting. Luckily, I was able to save some money on repair cost with the annual maintenance agreement. Our preferred technican, Ramon, performed quick troubleshooting and gave us a few honest options to save more money. Despite the rain, he was able to successfully perform the repair in a timely manner. We continue to appreciate the all-star team including customer service and dispatch at Hopkins AC. Highly recommend! 1st Review: For our initial maintenance service, Ramon set a great impression by being approachable in answering any questions and eager in sharing his findings. He was knowledgeable in proposed solutions and did a great job cleaning our HVAC and condenser unit.

Gazi, the service tech, provided outstanding customer service. It seems that the entire company goes above and beyond to meet the customer expectation. Highly recommend their services if you’re ever in the need for AC maintenance repair or installation.
