Today's service call by Eric was carried out quickly and professionally. He arrived early, was pleasant and knowledgable and proved meticulous in his work. It was a pleasure to deal with him.

Had given a one-star rating because of significant communication problems. Subsequently, , Hopkins reached out to me and after a lengthy conversation, convinced me that those problems were far from typical, and that they were implementing procedures to make sure there wouldn't be such problems in the future. So will now give them an A for effort.

The entire team at Hopkins Air Conditioning were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Not only are they a family run business but they treat you as though you are a part of the family as well. They went out of their way to explain all of our options before the install and made sure we understood everything that was happening along every step of the way. Before the job was finalized they made sure that we were completely satisfied with the results otherwise they weren’t going to leave until this was accomplished. I would like to thank the entire Hopkins team on behalf of my family.
