Easy to deal with, needed my AC serviced for a leak, was able to schedule for same day, tech arrived on time, was thorough and clear. I got the annual service membership, so I know I am covered.

I can't say enough good things about Hopkins A/C. I called first thing this morning when I woke up to it being 82 degrees in my condo and they got someone out to me the same day. The tech that arrived was John and he was wonderful! His communication before arriving was excellent. He knew exactly what he was doing and made sure that I understood what was going on the entire time. He also took the time to explain everything over the phone (a second time) to my boyfriend. I felt safe & confident that he was going to get the job done and he did! I will definitely recommend to my friends & family if they ever need A/C repairs! THANK YOU for getting me and my pups cooled back down in such a timely manner! Very grateful!

2nd Review: Our old and out-of-warranty AC unit finally had an issue after we've pushed it beyond its ideal thermostat setting. Luckily, I was able to save some money on repair cost with the annual maintenance agreement. Our preferred technican, Ramon, performed quick troubleshooting and gave us a few honest options to save more money. Despite the rain, he was able to successfully perform the repair in a timely manner. We continue to appreciate the all-star team including customer service and dispatch at Hopkins AC. Highly recommend! 1st Review: For our initial maintenance service, Ramon set a great impression by being approachable in answering any questions and eager in sharing his findings. He was knowledgeable in proposed solutions and did a great job cleaning our HVAC and condenser unit.
