Invoice disapproved. This is the worst $129 that I spent for the diagnostic of the AC. I have no report of how the system works? any freon in the system? And without any evidence of leaking, the company want to charge me $3900 to replace the coil etc ... no testing is done at all. Thank you but no thanks. PS. The system is 5 years old and still under warranty and they don't even care to check if the parts is free or not. PSS. I called another company (Polar Comfort of Lake Worth). They came and confirm that there is no leaks. No freon lost. Home temperature is at 76 which is normal for FL in May. The invoice is sent by HouseCall Pro ... Not sure where the scammer is in this case ...

Had a floor person break a pipe on my air conditioner and didn’t tell me. When I found the air conditioner leaking profusely I ran and called Hopkins because they take care of my unit normally. They came out fixed it immediately and all is well now. So happy to be with them😊 BKD
