Had an issue where the temperature dropped in the 40s and my heat wasn't working. I called them the day after Christmas and originally was scheduled to have someone come out between 5-9PM. I received a call back shortly after where a technician was able to come out sooner. Alan gave me a call prior to arrival and was able to diagnose the problem within an hour. There were no hidden fees and they were very transparent with the billing. Nobody likes unexpected repairs, but this business was very courteous and professional.

Louis/Luis was NOT the name of our service technician! His name was Whaudy! A real professional from start to finish. Whaudy’s service of the HVAC system can’t be beat including his knowledge and time spent explaining what we should do and when to contact your office should a need/problem arise.A real trusted technician and very good and knowledgeable. Hopkins provides detail oriented service. I had them install and in-system carbon air filter and UV light. The technician explained the quality parts being used and how they initially cost more than other brands, but is cheaper and more convenient in the long run because they don't require maintenance. I believe you get what you pay for, so I am all about paying for quality service and materials.

Been using Hopkins for over 12 years, they just installed my second unit and the check it every 6 months. Very good job, they check everything inside and out I won’t go anywhere else, you need heat or AC call Hopkins Air, you won’t be disappointed
