We just had the pleasure and good fortune of getting Zach to help us with a manufacturer's issue with our new a/c unit. It was after hours, and we were told a technician would come by between 7pm and 10pm. Zach was here by 7pm, and to say he knows his stuff is an understatement. On top of being professional and knowledgeable, he was a pleasure to work with and reassured us that all would be taken care of, and all was in under 48 hours. Hopkins definitely hires the best of the best, and Zach is certainly in that category. Thank you Zach for your great work and thank you Hopkins Air for having people like Zach to help us stay cool and comfy 🥳

From sales, site assessment, scheduling to installation; the entire experience was seamless. Nelson and his assistant did a fantastic job with the 1 day install project. The entire team communicates on time and are very thorough in their work processes. The installation team left my house just as clean as when they arrived.
