Hopkins Air Conditioning continuously exceeds our expectations; in particular, Technician Jonathan M. is truly an outstanding professional.
On Oct. 3, 2022, our AC suddenly stopped functioning. As we did have the annual maintenance plan (*highly recommended*), I called right away, albeit in the evening. Of course, the phone call was answered, despite the hour.
To our surprise, Jonathan M. came to our home at 11:00 pm to ensure that our family would have functioning AC before the following day heat. He performed exceptionally thorough cleaning, testing, troubleshooting, and necessary repairs both inside and outside. He also explained what needed to be done and why, and showed us all of the problem areas.
We trust Hopkins, bottom line. I rarely write reviews; however, this company clearly is committed to excellence and relationships with their clients, which is very challenging to find in S. Florida.
