My AC unit stopped working so I called Hopkins AC. The Hopkins team was professional and quick to respond. Aaron P. the service technician arrived on time and fixed the problem right away. He went above and beyond to check my HVAC system was running safely. Big thanks to Aaron for a job well done.

I happy with the service provided by Hopkins. My AC was repaired within just a few hours after my initial call to Hopkins. However, the cost charged for the replacement contactor and capacitor were, based on what I can find, both beyond the maximums of what I should have paid for these parts. They did, however, provide a discount which did offset the overall cost of this repair, bringing the resulting total cost down to an expected maximum cost one should pay for such a repair.

Eric Walker will be my go-to technician. He performed excellent maintenance on my two units, changing all of my filters and cleaning my return vent. Hopkins is doing something right; keep up the good work!!

Customer service is great. They kept me posted on when the tech would arrive also sent a picture so I knew who to except . Once the tech Brian arrived was very professional and respectful.
