Technician showed up as scheduled. He was extremely professional, thorough, and friendly. He explained everything he did in detail and served us with a smile. This is the best experience I have had with a service technician since I bought my first home 53 years ago.

These guys are always trying to sell you something. 2 different guys came within a few days (I had complained about the first guy and they sent the second one) and between the two guys, they recommended 3 different things to be done (2 and 1). Just don’t find them trustworthy.

Mr. Gilbert, I apologize if you feel we are always trying to “sell” you something. That is the farthest from our process that we train our techs. I looked into your account and found 3 of 5 times total we have been to your residence you called us to fix an issue with your unit that was having issues and you approved and paid for repairs at that time. We never do any work without signed approval from homeowners. On the other 2 occasions you had routine maintenance performed and no money was collected on those.
