It’s getting pretty hot so I’m SO glad Hopkins was able to get to us and fix our problems as fast as they did. The tech that came out to save the day was Patrick. He was really polite and informative and got the job done quickly. If you have any AC needs, this is the place to go.

My AC broke just before the July 4th holiday. Hopkins called me back right away and John was able to come out and get it fixed on the 5th. Very nice and knowledgeable staff from front desk to the techs. Great experience, thanks!

Gaci and Sophia did an excellent job, they cleaned the AC pipes inside and outside the house which were clogged. They provided information about what to expect from the unit and what to do next in a clear way and with details. Very respectful and great customer service. I would recommend them for sure.
