We hired Hopkins to install a new HVAC system in an older first floor condo. It was not a simple job. Gabe the young man who did the installation was very efficient and showed great integrity. After the first day we were not real happy about some of the look of the wires. The next morning Gabe came in and said he could not sleep because he was not happy with the looks and proceeded to make everything look fantastic. He communicated with us on every step and we felt he really had our best interest at heart. Great employee. The only thing we were not thrilled with was the helper who was supposed to do the sheet rock work after removing the old air conditioner. He had no idea what he was doing. They need to hire the finish work to pros like Gabe.

Zach from Hopkins Air Conditioning serviced my unit today. Zach was on time, informed me step by step what he was doing and answered all my questions. He explained the maintenance agreement and I did sign up for it. Excellent service.

Just had emergency service for a clogged drainage line causing leakage. The receptionist who answered my call was excellent in arranging prompt service. The repair was by Jasper who arrived on schedule and remedied the problem quickly and effectively. He was very personable, polite and considerate of my property. I was very impressed with your service and service staff and highly recommend them

They are all great to work with - from scheduling (and re-scheduling on my part) to the technicians - everyone is professional and courteous. They will ensure that you're happy with their work. Having a maintenance agreement with Hopkins is a great investment.
