Maintenance day at the townhouse. Gazi was the service tech today. As always, Gazi and all the techs are very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Making the most of our annual service contract by servicing our system regularly has helped to keep repairs to a minimum.

HVAC & Duct replacement. The workmanship was great, their integrity OUTSTANDING. One of the units wasn't working 100%. A few service calls later, they replaced the new unit with another. I never asked for the replacment but they didnt like the readings they were getting, apologized to me, and asked if they could replace it with another new, larger unit. They were not the cheapest, honest about that during the sales process, but also stated they do the right thing. And that's exactly what they did! Highly recommend these guys, they will take proper care!
