Technician Adam called ahead to let us know when he would be arriving, which was much appreciated. After a quick check of the system pressures with his bluetooth transmitters (pretty cool tools vs the old style guages), he quickly assessed the issue as being low freon, added what was needed, and wrapped up. Quick, courteous, and capable.

Story time I call at 2pm on a Sunday By 2:15 their team was calling me back to confirm a time window (5-8) By 6pm Jonathan was at my house, in the attic and already checking on parts. Thankfully he had the part in his van, within 2 hours of verifying the blower was replaced and my 3 month old was back in his cooled room. Jonathan was fantastic, and the triage/ execution and scheduling was fantastic. Highly impressed, I even setup a maintenance package based on the execution of todays visit. Well done

Jonathan M. of Hopkins is hands down the best air conditioning technician I’ve ever encountered. I have my a/c units serviced twice a year and he found and fixed things that no other technician has ever mentioned/noticed/bothered to check and it was all included as part of my general maintenance. He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and professional.

Update #2, they told me they installed a 3 ton which was same size as last unit, however they installed a 3.5 ton and the vents/ducts need to be rebuilt before and after of my ceiling getting a new AC from this place I had an inspection done in May before i moved in. New AC Installed in July and now i need a new ceiling and new ducts. Called to ask for help, one lady yelled at me and told me it's my fault for signing off on the work, another guy tell me why do you think it's our fault, you're on your own. Never once did i hear, we can send someone to check it out or sorry this is happening, let's see what we can do. Just had 2 people talk over me blaming me for this. Last person who lived here had an ac run for 20 years and there was never mold, so obviously the new AC unit is just a big coincidence They got their money and now they're playing victim on the review. The pictures speak for themselves and i added more Now if you'll excuse me, I'm trying to find professionals who can undo all the damage. Thanks

Mr. Graham, We installed your new unit in August. You dragged out trying to pay us for weeks after the install and you told us numerous times that you had no issues with our install. In fact our changeout permit passed all City of Boynton Beach codes of compliance. You then call our office today and accuse us of some issues with your ductwork that we did not even touch. Remember, we hooked up your new system to your existing ductwork. Based off your pictures I do not see any confirmation of your claim that the new unit blew out your ducts? I was more than happy to discuss your claims professionally but you have insisted to berate and talk over my Install Coordinator as well as my Install Manager as they were attempting to professionally address and correct the misinformation you received. I will not allow any of my staff to be cussed at and talked over in the manner you displayed. When you are ready to listen and talk in a respectful manner feel free to reach out.
