We just had the pleasure and good fortune of getting Zach to help us with a manufacturer's issue with our new a/c unit. It was after hours, and we were told a technician would come by between 7pm and 10pm. Zach was here by 7pm, and to say he knows his stuff is an understatement. On top of being professional and knowledgeable, he was a pleasure to work with and reassured us that all would be taken care of, and all was in under 48 hours.
