Donat the Technician was very thorough and explained patiently all the checking he was doing. He found a potential problem that could prevent my air conditioner from working ; a contact that was almost burned out.

I just had a/c maintenance this morning and Gazi did a great job he was very educated with what is needed for my a/c unit and gave me all additional information this is my first time meeting him and he was super cool and really nice

All at Hopkins were excellent. John arrived earlier than scheduled after calling to verify it was ok to arrive early. John did a great job of accessing our issue. In the long run, we needed a new system. John made sure we got what we needed without overkill. The next day, Gabe and his partner arrived promptly in the morning to install our new system. Everything went smooth with the install. They re-installed our peculiar ceiling without an issue and left everything impeccable. Hopkins AC is a great company to work with and we highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new system.

I had a great experience with our Technician Gazi. He was informative friendly and professional. Hopkins HVAC is a great company. We also have a service contract that gives us scheduled check ups and it save us money. Highly recommend Hopkins!!
