Update: HIGHLY Recommend. Had to get a new AC unit. Everyone was friendly and responsive and on time from Kathy and Joyce in the office to the installers Alonso and Johan (I think) were experienced and friendly and left my place spotless. I just switched to Hopkins and this was their first visit. Jasper was very professional and went above and beyond. He checked everything and explained anything I had questions about.

Hopkins Air Conditioning is the greatest company ever! The rep that worked with me her name is Monica and her customer service was impeccable; she truly went above and beyond for me and my family, if you ever do call ask for her. I highly recommend them for any AC needs!

Chad at Hopkins Air had originally designed and installed my AC /heat system. It was worked beautifully from the first day----now 8 years later!! Recently, the tropical storm threw it for a loop---but Luis the knowledgeable and kind service man was over before the end of day and had me up and running. I have worked with several AC companies in the past, but Hopkins takes great pride and care with the level of their workmanship and service to their clients. I highly recommend this company!!
