"For all new ducts and a service of the existing unit." These guys were awesome. They did a great clean job. Texted me every time they were on the way and followed up every day after they were finished. Truly a professional team. "Follow up visit" Just had a service call for an issue with the existing unit (Not supplied or installed by Hopkins) they responded and arrived withing a couple of hours from my call Saturday Morning, Had us up and running again early afternoon. I would recommend Hopkins Air For Anyone That Needs and appreciates True Professionals

Update #2, they told me they installed a 3 ton which was same size as last unit, however they installed a 3.5 ton and the vents/ducts need to be rebuilt before and after of my ceiling getting a new AC from this place I had an inspection done in May before i moved in. New AC Installed in July and now i need a new ceiling and new ducts. Called to ask for help, one lady yelled at me and told me it's my fault for signing off on the work, another guy tell me why do you think it's our fault, you're on your own. Never once did i hear, we can send someone to check it out or sorry this is happening, let's see what we can do. Just had 2 people talk over me blaming me for this. Last person who lived here had an ac run for 20 years and there was never mold, so obviously the new AC unit is just a big coincidence They got their money and now they're playing victim on the review. The pictures speak for themselves and i added more Now if you'll excuse me, I'm trying to find professionals who can undo all the damage. Thanks

Mr. Graham, We installed your new unit in August. You dragged out trying to pay us for weeks after the install and you told us numerous times that you had no issues with our install. In fact our changeout permit passed all City of Boynton Beach codes of compliance. You then call our office today and accuse us of some issues with your ductwork that we did not even touch. Remember, we hooked up your new system to your existing ductwork. Based off your pictures I do not see any confirmation of your claim that the new unit blew out your ducts? I was more than happy to discuss your claims professionally but you have insisted to berate and talk over my Install Coordinator as well as my Install Manager as they were attempting to professionally address and correct the misinformation you received. I will not allow any of my staff to be cussed at and talked over in the manner you displayed. When you are ready to listen and talk in a respectful manner feel free to reach out.

I want to commend Karel and his team for a successful installation. It was a very hot, 12 hour workday that required attic installation, correction of prior installation choices, and troubleshooting problems along the way to ensure everything was working properly before the team left. I was keep informed of issues and their resolution in a timely manner. Great team! Great install! Great night's sleep!

Technician was prompt. Right after Technician departed my system started making a loud noise which it was not making before his maintenance. I called Hopkins immediately and they sent the technician back to my house to determine what was causing the problem. He identified the issue as something with the drainage pump which he resolved. The pump now intermittently is making the same loud noise. I'll live with it until I replace the 17 year old system. I chose not to go with Hopkin's Rheem system and will go with a company who will install a Daikin system at @2K USD less.
