Gazi and Marcos were on time, thorough and polite as always. Gazi have been our service for a while and we are very comfortable with him. Trusted. We have mold he has been keeping us aware of. At his advice, we accepted an estimator to come out.

Had another clogged drain - really annoying. We called and left a message after hours. We received a call before 8 am the next day. The problem was fixed the same day. Excellent service!

Thank you Hopkins Air for sending me Miguel. I’m a new customer and a very satisfied one. Miguel really helped us and we are very satisfied with his knowledge and professionalism. He explained everything as he progressed with his work and he’s definitely a problem solver. We are so very grateful for his service and will definitely request him for our next service appointment.I hope Hopkins Air knows what a “jewel” they have in this employee. Zachary was tech who was here the other day for our bi-annual service maintenance. He, like all of the other techs who have done work for us, was professional, friendly, knowledgeable , and efficient. We found Hopkins Air when we had an ac emergency (recommended by our neighbor), and from that point forward I have nothing but positive feedback!
