The salesman, Colson, was prompt as scheduled, knowledgeable, and very polite. The installation went as promised. The two installers, Gadrian and Andres arrived on time. They were both very polite and knowledgeable wasting no time installing the system and describing the installation to me. They left the site clean and explained the new thermostat to me. I have lived in Florida for 50yrs and I can say with no reservation that thus company was the best I have ever dealt with. Everyone was polite from top of the chain to tge installers. Thank you, Hopkins for making this an experience for my record books!

We finally upgraded to a new 2026 Carrier HVAC system, and the experience was flawless. We chose Carrier for its reliability, but we chose Hopkins Air Conditioning because they’ve provided us with top-tier maintenance for over six years. A brand is only as good as its installation, and the Hopkins team nailed it. Colton, our salesman, was polite and knowledgeable, helping us navigate our options and securing the unit quickly. The installation technicians, Andres and Yadrian, were outstanding—professional, communicative, and tidy. I especially appreciated how they thoughtfully ran the lines and pipes to ensure the system is easy to service down the road. The quality, efficiency, and care that went into completely replacing my AC was unbelievable. I signed for the replacement Saturday, and they were ready early Monday morning! The job required extra attention as they had to entirely disassemble the new air handler AND the old one in order to remove/install them from within the attic. I don’t know anything about installing AC units but I imagine my setup was a nightmare of a job. But Andres and his colleague handled it with grace and put on a masterclass in AC replacement. I genuinely can’t thank them enough. Seriously, if you need your AC repaired or replaced. Give Hopkins a call. Yeah … AC work always has an annoying price tag associated with it. But cheap AC isn’t good. And good AC isn’t cheap. With that said, they were flexible on some components and even threw in extra products and services for free. At the end of the day it's worth every penny. It’s quality equipment that was installed by highly skilled professionals. Overall a top notch experience - highly recommend!

John from Hopkins is a true asset to the company. We called Hopkins to repair our AC unit. John came out right away, diagnosed the problem (faulty motor) and rectified the situation. We will use Hopkins again for future repairs. Adding 11/19/25 - we recently had some service work done by Hopkins and our technicians were Andres and Yadian. The techs were on time, professional, worked a neat job site and got the job done efficiently and answered all our questions. Highly recommend.
