Update: HIGHLY Recommend. Had to get a new AC unit. Everyone was friendly and responsive and on time from Kathy and Joyce in the office to the installers Alonso and Johan (I think) were experienced and friendly and left my place spotless. I just switched to Hopkins and this was their first visit. Jasper was very professional and went above and beyond. He checked everything and explained anything I had questions about.

Professional, Smart, and solution and preventive maintenance oriented. Completely trustworthy! July 19, 2023 As usual Hopkins provided our six month servicing and the technician, Scott, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough throughout our scheduled maintenance. He was also very helpful in explaining the nuances of our two HVAC systems and mini split and ways to effect a better air purification system, Because of Scott’s specific expertise and common sense explanations, we upgraded our system with a “Germicidal UV Light System on both of our Carrier HVAC units. Scott was super detailed and extensive in ensuring he serviced all of our systems with the greatest of care and diligence. Everyone at Hopkins the technicians, office personnel, service and supply and management put you as the customer first. The company stands behind their products and service without hesitation and has always come through for us with flying colors. Their service and team are always first class with very reasonable pricing; and when you require a service call the schedule ASAP. Hopkins Family, Congratulation on your excellent company and the culture you have built. Because of your outstanding team and the professional installation of our mini/split, insulation and duct cleaning, we’ve changed our long standing servicing provider to Hopkins for all our service and maintenance requirements; and future purchases. I had a scheduled maintenance check with Hopkins Air Conditioning today. Such a great experience, from Britney and Joyce at call support to the gentleman Tino, who performed the maintenance. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He identified a potential mold issue and took the necessary steps to help control it. Excellent!!!

My wife and I were tired of paying huge electric bills. We had FPL did an in home energy review. The culprit was our A/C. We decided to convert to mini splits and zone the house. Chad came out and measured our home and gave us an estimate. The job was completed in a short amount of time and was perfect. The guys Gabe and crew were neat, courteous and respectful. Joyce kept us informed and up to speed!! Very pleased and so is our wallet. Highly recommend Hopkins!!
