Signed yearly maintenance contract. Hopkins employee arrived on time and was professional and pleasant throughout the checkup on my two ac units Luis did service on my 2 ac units today. He was polite, professional and explained in detail exactly what he was doing. Highly recommend

I used this company for the first time last April. They responded immediately and took care of my air-conditioning problem. The technician was prompt and professional. I signed a service contract. I was contacted by Iliana ( very pleasant and professional ) last week that I was due for service. The technician Luis arrived promptly and proceeded to inspect the system and take photos and explain to me everything he did and observed. . He was knowledgeable and respectful and I highly recommend this company for service for reliability and integrity

2/29/24 Hopkins Air Conditioning has done a great job over the last 2 years. Today Luis arrived on time for our bi-annual checked up. Luis was super professional and thorough. 5 stars for Luis as well as Hopkins.

Always courteous and are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to air conditioning units. They were able to identify what was causing my issue and fix it for a reasonable price the same day. I recommend Luis, he has done everything possible to make my home more comfortable and knows what he’s doing!

Let me start by saying I NEVER leave reviews… but after my routine maintenance visit with the technician Luis, I felt I had to. This guy is thorough. He checked everything! I was expecting a 20 minute visit, but this guy really went above and beyond and examined and inspected every single aspect of my ac unit and was here for over 2 hours. He flushed, cleaned, sanitized, ect. He took the time to explain everything to me and why certain things were happening and ways to prevent them. I can’t stress enough how great of a tech Luis was; whatever he’s getting paid isn’t enough. I will 100% be using this company again and be asking specifically for Luis.

Luis performed my AC maintenance. He was excellent ! I have 10 year old AC that needed repair… but I wanted a new AC, He was very thorough exposing my options.. I am having new AC installed tomorrow!!! Hopkins AC has always been good and reliable!!

My technician was Luis, and he was extremely helpful. All of my questions were answered, the appointment didn’t feel rushed, he was highly efficient, and he had great suggestions. Overall, an excellent experience!

Total home run. I was having an issue with my Nest thermostat and called Hopkins on a Friday afternoon. Not only were they able to get someone out to me that day, they even got here early. The technician, Luis Garcia was a total pro. Not only did he know the ins and outs of the specific model of Nest from a picture on my phone, he immediately, and correctly surmised that the problem actually had nothing to do with the thermostat at all and was likely an issue with the air handler. We went to the attic and, sure enough, the drainage system was backed up and causing the system to temporarily shut itself until the auxiliary drain could work. Not only did Luis fix the problem, he documented everything in pictures for me to look at and verify and then, at no extra charge, he changed all of the filters on the return units at no charge. Like I said, total pro. Could not recommend Hopkins and Luis more highly. Will definitely be doing all of my future system maintenance with them. 5 stars easy.

Chad at Hopkins Air had originally designed and installed my AC /heat system. It was worked beautifully from the first day----now 8 years later!! Recently, the tropical storm threw it for a loop---but Luis the knowledgeable and kind service man was over before the end of day and had me up and running. I have worked with several AC companies in the past, but Hopkins takes great pride and care with the level of their workmanship and service to their clients. I highly recommend this company!!

I had another technician come out to look at my ac unit and after not being impressed by them I called Hopkins for a 2nd opinion when my 15year old AC wasn't blowing cold. Luis came out the same day I called and went through my whole system inside and out, diagnosed the problem and had the parts available on his truck to do the repair immediately. He was professional, courteous, and cleaned up after himself. He didn't try to sell me a new unit where many others did. My unit now works perfectly thanks to Luis and probably saved me 3 grand on a new unit. Couldn't be more grateful to him and Hopkins. Highly Recommended

We got some alert code on our system on a Friday around 2pm and called Hopkins for service. By 3:30pm the technician (Luis) was here and quickly diagnosed a faulty sensor. WIthin one hour he was in and out and everything was back to working. Great job!

The entire team at Hopkins Air Conditioning were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Not only are they a family run business but they treat you as though you are a part of the family as well. They went out of their way to explain all of our options before the install and made sure we understood everything that was happening along every step of the way. Before the job was finalized they made sure that we were completely satisfied with the results otherwise they weren’t going to leave until this was accomplished. I had an emergency situation and Hopkins Air went above and beyond to get the situation taken care of. From the office staff to the technician it was a plesent experience even with no air in the heat. Luis the technician was courteous, friendly, and polite and took time to answer my questions .
