We got some alert code on our system on a Friday around 2pm and called Hopkins for service. By 3:30pm the technician (Luis) was here and quickly diagnosed a faulty sensor. WIthin one hour he was in and out and everything was back to working. Great job!

John the technician was the best ever. He was helpful to the max. I feel so much better now that the new thermostat is installed. However, it won’t link to my wifi.

Came home at 5p with an AC unit that wasn’t working. Within two hours our tech Brian had replaced a part on the outdoor unit and did it for a very fair price. Can’t recommend enough and they were so nice and professional!!!

They gave me quality service I was very pleased. I simply needed a maintenance and decided to go with the uv bulb also, considering covid. Christie was a great help also. Really nice kid!
