I highly recommend Hopkins Air Conditioning. I had a 14 year old central air conditioner replaced yesterday. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. They explained all of the work that needed to be done. Joyce in the office is exceptional. She processed all of the required paperwork for the job including the permit, warranty, etc. She promptly provided the insurance certificate and license as I requested. Their prices were competitive and John the salesperson was great as well. I could really tell this is a family run business. Call them for your air conditioning needs!
August 5, 2026
Ramniez just completed our maintenance visit on our new air conditioner. He is fantastic! Ramniez did such a thorough job and answered all of our questions. Hopkins air conditioning is very efficient and professional. We are so happy we purchased our new air conditioner from them last November. We are new to Forida and they came highly recommended, which is so important for air conditioning here. They definitely are a 5 star company!

Great service call today by Ramniez at Hopkins AC. Ramniez is a true asset to Hopkins, a professional, knowledgeable, and personable associate that obviously knows his stuff and can be trusted to keep your system in top notch working order.

Ramniez was polite, professional and was kind enough to explain what all of my options were based on what my AC was doing. Excellent service!

Once again, very happy with Hopkins A/C and Ramniez 2, the A/C professional they sent. Quick appointment, great communication (texts and phone call to say he was on his way). He needed to replace the fuse, and explained that the electrical surges are the cause. He gave me some great advice regarding getting a surge protector for my electric. He was a real sweetheart Very pleased with Hopkins and Ramniez 2! A little costlier than I anticipated for a fuse, but done fast and right (and in my attic, which is likely worth the price alone).

Ramniez arrived on a Sunday afternoon to clean the AC units. He was friendly, efficient and wore booties over his shoes without any prompts to do so, huge bonus points!! Best of all, today’s visit was free, as part of our service contract. I highly recommend this business for being timely, caring, honest and fair.
