We chose to work with Hopkins based on their stellar reviews - and their service did not disappoint! We first met with John Johnson the (sales manager) for the initial estimate. John took his time to thoroughly explain what he thought was the best solution to resolve our problems with the older unit and lack of insulation we had in our home. John was available via text throughout the initial estimate process quickly answering any additional questions or concerns we had before we signed the contract. On the day of install we had two great guys - Yoan and Alberto. Both very polite, professional, and diligent workers. They worked meticulously, efficiently, and made sure to clean up their mess before leaving. They also went over how to operate the system and made sure to show us their work was completed after each major instillation step (outside unit, air handler, blown insulation). We even had the field supervisor Pedro stop by midday to check on the instillation process. We would highly recommend Hopkins! They were great to work with - and we were super excited to have a very nicely cooled home just a within a few hours of the instillation!

Brien and Cesar were an excellent team for installation of our new HVAC system. They explained every step along the way of the day-long process. In addition, they were very mindful of our home and the area in which they were working. When they finished, the area was spotless. In summary, on a scale of 1 - 10, we would rate them a 12!!
