Miguel was awesome he went way beyond in customer service. My a/c stopped running on Friday he came when I called asap. Advised of problem but told me parts dept were closed they have part in stock but he will not be able to get it until Monday. Wow to my surprise he was at my door 9am on Saturday morning. He fixed the problem. For years I have had a contract with ECM which is very expensive and never had anyone that treated me with such great customer service. I would rate them 10 plus.

Hopkins did a fantastic job in replacing our 9+ year old HVAC system - which had failed. We first called them mid-morning Friday and by Saturday afternoon we had a new system. We worked with Rich who is the Service Manager at Hopkins and he did an excellent job of explaining the options, getting us estimates and scheduling the work.

We came home from a trip on Saturday night to find that our main AC unit wasn’t cooling our home. Zach was at our house first thing Sunday morning, quickly identified the problem and answered all of our questions. He found the required part and they’ll have it fixed for us tomorrow morning. Please ask for John at Hopkins. Everyone at the company is really nice. They will give you a window of 2 hours instead of "maybe" today so you don't have to wait forever. Their annual maintenance package is a great deal. John is fair, prompt and excellent at what he does. I tell all my friends about Hopkins, by far the best service in a long time. I have been with them for 3 years now.
