Hopkins did a fantastic job in replacing our 9+ year old HVAC system - which had failed. We first called them mid-morning Friday and by Saturday afternoon we had a new system. We worked with Rich who is the Service Manager at Hopkins and he did an excellent job of explaining the options, getting us estimates and scheduling the work.

Nobody is ever prepared for their AC to stop working munch less have it happen on a holiday weekend. All it took was a quick call to Hopkins AC and there was no hesitation. All that was ask was our address. Upon arrival there technician made a quick but complete inspection and identified the problem. He explained their programs and cost. Once agreed upon his work was complete and we had cool air once again. We would highly recommend Hopkins AC to our friends.

We came home from a trip on Saturday night to find that our main AC unit wasn’t cooling our home. Zach was at our house first thing Sunday morning, quickly identified the problem and answered all of our questions. He found the required part and they’ll have it fixed for us tomorrow morning.
