I will definitely hire Hopkins AC again. As far as I'm concerned they are the BEST in their field. John, got our system better than it was before, he was prompt, friendly and fix our beast of an AC unit. Five stars all the way!

After an extensive research of different companies in the area, the final choice was Hopkins Air Conditioning. Now, after the old system was replaced and our new system has been installed, we are very happy that Hopkins was our choice, and this is why: 1. Every time you call them, you talk to a friendly person not an answering machine, and they immediately take care of the problem. 2. They arrive on time, and give you a ten minutes warning when they are in the area. 3. They listen to your concerns, and they are patient and flexible. 4. They have good ideas and give good advice.They are very knowledgeable. 5.They are considerate. They set paper on the floor, or wear shoe covers inside the house, they clean up after they are done. 6. They work very hard and get the job properly done, even if that means, not cutting corners or taking the easiest way out They stay until they are sure the system is working properly, even if they had to work after hours. 7. They have good work ethics, and they certainly go the extra mile.They all seem happy to be working there. Big Thanks to Scott, Brian, Ryan, Rene, Jamie, and Penuel, for going above and beyond We would highly recommend Hopkins!

Today I had a 5ton Carrier AC unit installed by Hopkins AC company. The two guys who installed the unit were just fantastic. They were stellar in their work ethics. They took their time, cleaned the area…They were meticulous in how they installed my unit. I would recommend Hopkins AC company to anyone , if these are the kind of workers they will send out to do the job. Even the salesperson John came out to make sure everything was going smoothly, which was excellent customer service. This is a company with integrity. Kudos to the company/owner. My AC broke just before the July 4th holiday. Hopkins called me back right away and John was able to come out and get it fixed on the 5th. Very nice and knowledgeable staff from front desk to the techs. Great experience, thanks!

The service technician was very professional. Uniform is clean, conducted himself in a very courteous and professional manner. The service representatives was able to come out within a couple of hours to resolve the problem. They gave us an estimate between 6 and 8 PM. The technician showed up at 10 minutes after six excellent excellent service
