Fast response to an emergency call. Clearly explained issues and pricing. Felt like things were fixed/resolved quickly and a decent price. Am definitely going to use again for scheduled maintenance.

The guy who came was nice however, I was charged $441.00 to replace my capacitor. Turns out, the cost of a capacitor is only $40.00. When I asked the tech about the difference he said that is the 2 year warranty. Needless to say I won't be using them again nor will the friend who referred me to them.

We are sorry you feel that way. I am looking at your invoice that I will resend to you. The invoice was for the $79 tune up $249 maintenance agreement and capacitor. The total was $520.85 for all of that. We may not be the right fit for everyone's budget and we completely understand. Please keep in mind our tech spent 2 hours at your home and had the part on his stocked truck. He diagnosis the bad capacitor and saved you the inconvenience of a future service call. I do see where you signed for the approval of the repairs as well. You can always find something after the fact cheaper, but that does not always mean it is the same.

The technician John Johnston, was very professional from day one explaining me everything that my a/c has and what to be done and came on time. I recommend this company to anyone and definitely will call them again when needed.

Five stars for Eduan! He was not only professional and knowledgeable but also had a great attitude. He was incredibly thorough, didn't rush the job, and made sure every detail was checked. I feel confident my AC is in great hands.
